Option 2 – For online subscription payment, you need to click the “Subscription” button of your desired package. You will be redirected to PayHere Online Payment Gateway for your online payments. After updating your credit or debit card information, you will be billed on a monthly basis through automatic payments. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time.

Yes. As a new user, you will be assigned to the Starter Package for a limited period of time without any charge. During the period you can setup your webpage and find out how Guru webpage work to maintain your teacher identity in the digital space.
However, the number of classes you can post in order to showcase how you conduct classes for diffrent student groups will be limited. And you will not be able to showcase any videos in your Guru webpage.
When you select your suitable web package and how often you are going to make payments to keep your webpage active, you need to make the payment accordingly.
Then all the features of the selected package will be available in your Guru Webpage and it will be active until the package end date.
To extend your package duration you can select the duration you want to make your webpage active.
When your webpage package end date is over, it will move to expired status. Hence, your Guru webpage will not be featured on findmyguru.lk search results.
To reactivate your webpage, you need to select either General Package or Dynamic package and decide how long you need to keep it active.
When you make a payment after your webpage expired, the start date of the webpage package will commenced from the payment date. You don’t need to pay anything for the time where your webpage was expired.
Please note that if you couldn’t able to activate your webpage after 2 months from the expiration date, your webpage will be deactivated where anyone who visits your Guru webpage link won’t be able to reach as it will no longer will be available on the internet.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package anytime you want.
If you want to upgrade your package, you can select the package and make the payment accordingly. However, a refund is only applicable, where you make the the upgrade before you exceed 3 months from the last payment date that is currently ongoing (if you have selected a 6 months or 1 year as the package duration). If you exceed 3 months from the payment date you are not eligible for any refunds for the upgrade and have to pay the full amount for the new package and duration you are going to select.
If you downgrade your package, all the features will change immediately. Therefore, it is recommended to downgrade your package at the end of the current package you are in.
No there are no setup fees to create your own Guru webpage. You just need to sign in as a guru and update your teacher information to create your teacher identity via an attractive webpage.
